Scholarships – for National Program students only
The school offers full or partial scholarships for a number of students wishing to enroll in the National Program. The value of the scholarship depends on the family’s total income. The scholarship covers tuition fees and housing, or part of them, but does not include the cost of books, uniforms, or transportation.
For students who do not meet the scholarship criteria, tuition fees for the 2022/2023 academic year apply for one school year only, and the school reserves the right to increase them annually.
Admissions
Jubilee School seeks to enroll 100–120 outstanding and naturally talented students each year. Admission, whether to the National Program or the International Program (IGCSE), is based on a range of multi-criteria standards, including:
Academic achievement: the average grades over the last three terms in the following core subjects, according to the grade level being applied for—Islamic Education, Arabic, English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.
Academic readiness test (verbal, mathematical, logical) according to applicant performance.
English language test (required for students applying to grade 10 in the National Program if seats are available).
Assessment of creative potential (EPoC).
Expressive writing: ability to communicate ideas and self-expression.
Personal interview to assess behavioral and leadership traits.
Ability to meet Jubilee School’s academic standards.
Readiness to support Jubilee School’s mission and values.
Motivation and passion for learning and engaging with Jubilee programs.
Acceptance of diversity and respect for others.
Scholarships and tuition
The school offers full or partial scholarships for some students applying to the National Program. The value of the scholarship depends on the family’s total income. It covers tuition and housing, or part of them, but does not include books, uniforms, or transportation.
For students who do not meet the scholarship criteria, tuition fees for the 2022/2023 school year are as follows (fees apply for one academic year and the school reserves the right to increase them annually):
National Program – Day students: JD 4,200
National Program – Boarding students: JD 4,750, JD 7,000, JD 7,750
Eligibility requirements:
Applicants must be in grade 8 at the time of application.
Minimum average grades over the last three terms (previous school year and first semester of the current year):
National Program: 88%
International Program: 85% if coming from a national curriculum school
International Program: 80% if coming from an international curriculum school
In some cases, and depending on seat availability, students may apply for grade 10. The required minimum average for the last three terms is:
National Program: 90%
International Program: 85% if coming from an international curriculum school.
